Absolutely thrilled with how the team handled my case to assist in getting myself and girlfriend a visa to begin our lives … More together. IMMIGRATION DEADLINES – WARNING
The UK Home Office and the UKVI Immigration Rules set strict deadlines. Your legal rights will become irreversibly time-barred if you fail to act on time. Therefore, you should seek specific legal advice about your Visa or right to remain or appeal at the earliest opportunity so that you understand the time you have left. Delay in taking action can be fatal. For example, if you have a refusal letter from the Home Office please note the deadlines stated therein – they are often very short deadlines (e.g. 14 days). Importantly, these deadlines run from the date of the letter so you may have less than 10 days to take action.
