Home Office Fees
The Home Office charges fees for various visa and immigration applications. These fees vary depending on the type of application and are subject to change. For the most up-to-date information, please refer to the official Home Office fee schedule here.
Please note that Home Office fees are separate from our service fees and must be paid directly to the Home Office as part of your application process.
What Services Are Included

- Preparing and submitting your application (including uploading all documents on your behalf and booking of the biometrics appointment, if applicable).

For appeals:
- Reviewing refusal letters and assessing appeal merits.
- Drafting and lodging Grounds of Appeal.
- Preparing Tribunal Bundles and witness statements.
- Attendance at hearings (or instructing a barrister where applicable).
Disbursements (Not Included in Our Fees)
Disbursements are costs related to your matter payable to third parties, such as:
- Home Office visa fees.
- Tribunal or Court fees.
- Translation services.
- DNA tests or medical reports (if required).
- Barrister representation fees for appeal hearings.
We will advise on these costs upon instruction to ensure full transparency.
